Euvita: A Very Brief Introduction To Us

Welcome to Euvita!

Wait, Welcome to what? Euvita…… YOU VEE TA. This is our word that we created to completely and totally express our mission here. We are a brand, business, company, center, whatever you wish to call us, that is determined to help you define, create, and embark on your Journey to Wellness. When you think of wellness , what comes to mind? Doctors, workouts, diets and being disease/illness free? What if i was to tell you that's not the whole picture. Our definition of the wellness or being well is the action or process of living well or having a well life. And that is exactly what Euvita means, Well life.

vita-

The girls name Vita\v(i)-ta\ is pronounced VEE-tah. It is of Latin origin, and its meaning is "life". Mostly Italian use. Vita can mean 'the happy life' as well.

Wellness to me is a process of strengthening, changing or completely re-hauling all aspects of our lives that work together to truly create a life of wellness and well, there just wasn’t a word around that could define that idea, so I created one.

It is time we start thinking of health and wellness in a more proactive way instead of reactive. Instead of rushing to the doctors when you become sick, overweight, overtired, mentally exhausted or on the verge of a complete mental breakdown, to have them tell you to jump on the new diet, workout plan or halfhearted sleep advice they give or ship you off to yet another therapist for none of it to truly help, why not try avoiding all those pesky activities in the first place. Be proactive in your quest for true and total wellness not just reactive to when things aren’t right.

That’s where Euvita comes in. I will create a line of wellness teas that will help you to be proactive in your search for well-being. These teas will help to support healthy sleep rhythms, boost immunity, increase mental focus and clarity, help to create and sustain energy and more. This tea line will be made with natural, organic (as often as possible) and fair trade ingredients to bring you the best the world of tea has to offer. Euvita will strive to be as eco-conscious as possible taking advantage of recyclable, compostable, and sustainable products in every step aspect of my business activities.

Euvita will start out as an herbal wellness tea line in order to get our name and mission out in front of the world and from there I hope with your love and support I can quickly grow this brand into an active lifestyle in the lives of wellness seeking individuals. Euvita will strive to help you find balance and harmony in each of the following areas of wellness:

Physical- Physique, Sleep, Sexual Health, Medical, Nutrition, Self-Care

Intellectual- Emotions, Intellect, Creativity, Education, Spirit

Environmental- Job Environment, Living Environment, Community Environment, Natural Environment, Financial Environment

Social- Family Relationships, Work Relationships, Community Relationships, Friendly Relationships, Love Relationships

Euvita's approach to wellness can be broken down into these 4 simple parts, or PIES as I call them (and who doesn’t just love a good pie, am I right). With these four core categories always in mind, and Euvita at your back, you can reach your own full wellness potential. Not the potential others have mapped out for you, not the potential that others may have for themselves, but YOUR OWN potential in a life full of wellness and thus happiness. And the greatest thing about Euvita is it begins with YOU. A life full of true wellness has to begin with you and your desire to live better, healthier, happier and hopefully longer. So what better word than Euvita for all that I will aim to do here?
